1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AccountsPVA's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Purchases

All account purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By purchasing accounts from us, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You will use the accounts in compliance with the respective platform's terms of service
  • You understand that account usage is your responsibility
  • You will not use accounts for illegal activities

3. Delivery & Warranty

We strive to deliver all orders within 15 minutes of confirmation. Delivery times may vary for bulk orders. All accounts are delivered electronically via your chosen contact method.

Every purchase includes a replacement warranty. If any account is found to be non-functional within the warranty period (24 hours from delivery), we will replace it free of charge. Warranty claims must be made within the specified period.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to deliver the ordered accounts
  • The accounts delivered are fundamentally different from what was ordered
  • Technical issues on our end prevent account delivery

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our accounts for:

  • Any illegal activities or purposes
  • Spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
  • Violating the terms of service of the respective platforms
  • Reselling accounts without prior written permission

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

AccountsPVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or accounts. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific accounts in question.

We are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms. Proper account usage is the customer's responsibility.
